We were purchasing property from out of state and needed a good agent to recommend potential interests as well as tour them and then video tour the top picks. Dianna went above and beyond!!! She investigated school districts, flood zones, neighborhood ratings etc. Dianna also hooked us up with lenders, insurance agents and even made the home inspection appointment. She spent 3 entire days with us viewing properties while we were in town 3 months before we found our home! She was always quick to respond to any of our questions. Dianna was always spot on. She is very knowledgeable of the Myrtle Beach area and the surrounding suburbs. Buying a home is no small task, and buying while living 1500 miles away should have been so much harder than it was!
